Non receipt of magazines

I had subscribed for Femina (fortnightly) and Knowledge (bimonthly) at the Times Woman exhibition on 12.2.2011 and I have not yet received a single issue till date. Inspite of repeatedly calling the Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd helpline and being promised my issues within a week, not a single copy has reached me. My customer ID is 21231169 and and complaint no. is 435938. I request you to look into the matter and ensure quick action at your end.
