Femina magzine (times of india group ), good home
No reply on mail for details

I have been in touch with femina subscription dept. customer care executives and asked them to mail me the details, of all new subscription offers of all the magzines, i ahave already suscribed femina english / hindi and good homes which is due to renew in this month, but till now i haven't got the details on may mail instead of repeated requests.

i don't expect such kind attitude from such a big organisation, really disappointed.
