Not reciept of Subscription copy

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a subscriber of Femina magazine but from June I have not been receiving my copy, only this month (Nov) I received the copy and that to in open packaging. Request you to please look into the matter, send the me the previous copies and if possible change your courier agency. Also request you to please improve your magazine packaging, as most of the time the package is open with missing supplementary issues.
