Pls de-activate news alert

My number is 09651674637. I am getting charged for news alert which I did not activate. I also sent STOP to 121 but it says/ I am getting reply, "currently there are no services active" but still I am getting charged.

When I spoke to customer care they say the service is active and I need to send sms again. They also have a standard statement, "system is down or else I would have done it from my end".

Its very irritating and disturbing. My money is getting wasted, pls de-activate my service for News alert.
