I have not received the January‘2012 copy of Grazia Magazine

I have started subscription of Grazia Magazine from October September. My customer ID is 29208918. I have not received the January‘2012 copy of the same.

Since last one month I have been constantly trying your customer care “HELPLINE” number and speaking with Ms. Shalaka and Ms. Ankita but till the date I have not received any HELP.Instead of that received thousand promises from your executives like” you will receive the copy by tomorrow”, “the copy is already sent to you, will reach by today evening”, etc.etc.

I also tried Ms. Pratiksha Sharma’s (Senior Executive) number 022-66354085 (which is given by Ms. Ankita.) But her number is constantly very busy since last one week.

As per your answerable machine, your customer care executives are busy half of the time.

It is sad to state that the company has fraudulent executives who have no answers to the queries of the customer.

I am very disappointed with your service.

I expect immediate action to be taken by the concerned personnel.
