Subscription money taken paper not supplied

I have subscribed to HT Chandigarh for 10 months and I have been supplied coupons for the same. My coupon no is 11060. At the time of subscripion I had informed the concerned executive that I shall be shifting to Shivalik City in Greater Mohali but he hadassured that the paper shall be supplied there. After shifting I had made a request by SMS at 54242 but I did not get any response. I have been calling at phone nos 5097228, 5097229 since 7th of June and a lady Mrs Sharma is taking the calls. She hasbeen assuring me of getting back to me but I have not received any response from her till date. I shall be forced to go to the consumer court for the indifferent attitude of HT.
