Sub: Deficiency in paid service.

Reference: Receipt No. DTM162992 dated 14th September for matrimonial advertisement in Hindustan times (RECEIPT WAS ISSUED BY HT MEDIA LIMITED)

I had booked a matrimonial advertisement for my daughter vide above mentioned receipt no. DTM162992 dated 14th September (Issued by HT MEDIA LIMITED) which was to be appeared in "Grooms wanted" under the heading Agarwal today i.e. on 19/10 in "Hindustan times" but the same has not been appeared in the paper in grooms wanted. However I have found that same advertisement has been appeared in bride wanted which is of no use. It was never expected from such renowned paper. I have tried number of times with various telephone numbers but no satisfactory reply has been given and behavior was also rude. An emailed was also sent to feedback services at feedback@hindustantimes.com but was failed with following remarks

"Because:

Error delivering to feed back/mktg/del/htl; Router: Database disk quota exceeded"

The person attending the telephone refused to give the email ID for complaint and email id in receipt is also not given. It is requested to take up the matter with appropriate authorities for necessary refund of money as Hindustan times has failed to provide the paid service.
