Not receiving ht times newspape

I had subscribed for Hindustan times on 27/09 and have done the payment on the same date and my form no. is 982734 .

this email is written to inform you that i am not receiving the newspaper.

below are the details:

bank name: Sahyadri Sahkari bank. cheque no : 208357

executive name: shiv sankar yadav. Booking date : 27/09.

executive contact no : 9773835349.

I tried many times to contact the executive but his number is unavailable and the cheque was drawn from my account on 15/10.

So i request you to please take some action as soon as possible and inform me whatever is the reason for not getting Hindustan times.
