COMPLAINT - HT EXCLUSIVE OFFER BOOKING FORM NO. HT 606909

I had applied under the HT exclusive offer to book Hindustan Times & Sunday Hindustan Times for a period of 24 Months. The payment of INR 1200 was made vide cheque number 000000222785 and the same was encashed on 07 March.

Since then I have neither received the Coupon Booklet nor the Gift (Mobile Phone). I tried calling the help line number given on the receipt (form counter folio) but even after waiting for more than 7 minutes, nobody attends to the call.

The email to 'feedback@hindustantimes.com' is bouncing back.

Not sure how to get my complaint heard.
