Cash Pain in advance but newspaper not being delivered

Dear Concerned,

I received end nos of calls from XYZ persons approaching for HT EDGE annual subscription for Rs.149 only. This will contain 12 pages full of NEWS with youth contents.

Finally i subscribed with a good faith. I paid in cash and they provided me 11 coupons for 11 months. They said that paper will reach your door steps every day. At the end of the month i will have to provide one coupon to the person who supplies the newspaper.

More then a month has passed, no body turned up since then. No body supplied the paper since. There are two Nos mentioned on the document provided to me for query reference. The Nos are : 01160004242 & 18601804242. These nos never gets connected to the executives.

Could you please let me know that such subscription persist in the system or this is a flashy picture. My subscription No is 270521. Also let me know the right person to contact.
