Hindustan times subscription
Non receipt of coupon and cheque

I had subscribed to Hindustan Times Rs 199 plan on 24th December and had Hindustan Time Representative visit my house in January 1st week 2011 for verification.

After calling on several occassions on 02267764242 I got reply saying I am staying in the chawl thats why subscription has been declined. I told them I do not stay in a chawl, I stay in Coop Hsg Society and that might be data entry error on the're side but they said they would check with the seniors in department. I made several calls and they said they have resent my cheque and i is pending with India Post. Till today I have not received my cheque back. Cheque number 334029. Bank name RBS for INR 199.Last representative's name I spoke to is Anshu call made on 25th April she said dont worry we will resend the cheque back. No reply today is 6th May.

I did not get my subscription and neither my cheque back. This is fraud.

If I dont get a reply in 48 hours I shall take appropriate steps for fraud.

I need my cheque back.
