Non receipt of subscription coupons

Dear sir, i am mohit gupta and i had submitted a cheque for subscription in favour of ht media under the offer in early aug but i have not received the coupons till date. my form no is 916607 and telephone no is 9969935303. the money has been debited from my account . on enquiry, i was told bty ht staff that the coupons have been delivered to me on 14 aug which is false as no one has received it. i lodged cmplaint no 1640 on 31 aug and despite three follow up including oone today on 20 sep, everytime i am given some useless answer that they are coordinating with courier guy, if this is the state of a reputed media house running a reputed newspaper, one can imagine, will someone take cognisance of numerous complaints on the issue and advise further course of action, money is small but, it is non adherance to contract.
