Free Holiday package not being given

I had purchased 16 CDs of music from India today Book Club alongwith which I was offerred a free gift of 3D/2N stay at good hotel at selected destinations.

To avail my gift I was asked to send a draft of Rs 800/- to indianhotelreview.com in Noida. This was not mentioned in the original terms and conditions but even them I submitted it.

But in their reply email the Co. infromed that the destinations that I had chosen were not available on the said dates or even after those dates upto Jan.

Now I am running from pillar to post to get my free stay offer. Their customer service people are horrible.

and invoice no. is ORAO 90003717

Now I have offerred them that I am available on all dates in January but they have not bothered to look into my complaint.
