NON RECEIPT OF GIFT

Sir,

As the site, www.bookstoday.in/promos, was not availble for claiming free gift, Air ticket, I made a complaint

No.338556, on 29 01 10, over the telephone. Then I was told that the site has problem and the same will be available after 3 days. Again I could not get and therefore i called delhi number on 6th February. Today I tried for the site but got the msg that web page cannot be found. Now the stipulated time for claiming the gift is about to be over on 9th Feb 2110.

Further I wish to inform you that the gift which was sent was damaged and also the time shown on the watch is slow. What happens if a person doesnot have computer? Please advise.
