False Promises as Advertised

TO WHOM SO EVER THIS MAY CONCERN

This is to bring to the notice that I had placed and Online Order for National Geographic Magazine through India Book House after seeing an AD on the Internet. The AD also says about a FREE Gift of a Original Fleece jacket branded by National Geographic. I was assured by their Customer Support that I will receive this merchandise in about 8 weeks time from the date of payment or order. After repeated calls today and for the third time they have given me a another false date which they say now I will get the merchandise only after my 1st or 2nd subscription starts. I feel very let down by the services met more so because this subscription meant to be a gift for my friend. I have come here as a proper channel to get a solution to this by raising this complaint here. I need this to be sorted very amicably and my promised goods delivered timely. That is all I ask for help.
