I was recently introduced to this great website and am grateful for the wonderful service being rendered by you for the ordinary people.

I want to bring to the notice of your users that, not only the consumers goods and services sector or the government machinery, but even the widely circulated dailiy newspapers are also equally-perhaps even more-insensitive towards the genuine problems and agonies of sufferers, that too of senior citizens and old women.

I wanted to share this sad and pathetic experience of mine with you and the users of this great user-friendly facing problems of various kinds.
