Refund not received

I have received a call from one of your representative before 15 days back saying that I have been selected as a lucky winner and will be getting Reebok shoes with tour package. He also asked me that for this I will be charged Rs.- But I need to pay it by credit card and asked me my credit card no saying that bank will give me confirmation call then only that amount will be debited from my account. That time I can subscribe or unsub the same by saying yes or no. But without receiving any call the amount has been debited from my account.

Now they have agreed before 4 months to refund me the same. But inspite of my contineous follow up I have not received the same till date.
