FORGERY BY INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB

Dear Sir

In first week of October I received a letter from India Today Book Club that you will purchase a book and send Rs. 2199/- and you will get the following :

1. Book ‘Complete History of the world’ MRP 4499

2. Round Trip air ticket worth Rs. 7000/-

3. Reebok classic Watch worth Rs. 2599/-

COPY OF LETTER IS ATTACHED HEREWITH (as annexure A)

I have send a cheque of Rs. 2199/- of Corporation bank vide no. 0142543. The same was debited to my account on 23rd October. (STATEMENT OF BANK ACCOUNT ATTACHED, as annexure B).

Till now I have not received any Letter, Book or Gift. I call to customer care more than 10 times and they always says that we don’t have any record in our system. Then I send the mail to India Today Club along with statement and letter, they did not give me any satisfactory reply. Their replies are as follows :

your order was dispathced through speed post vide consignemnt number ED697068234IN on 22-10. the same has not been returned back to us, i am getting this checked with speed post and shall confirm you with the findings at the earliest...!!!

Now till today I am not receiving any mail or phone or anything. I tried again to contact to Customer care but no use. Please Help me out. They will give me back all the things as soon as possible or Rs. 14, 297/-
