Money encashed but no book, gifts sent even after 2 months

I had sent a cheque of Rs. 2199 against letter ref PT-00538840 which was encashed on 16th Nov and the promised History of the world book air ticket Reebok watch 8 bestsellers are yet to be sent even after 2 months of encashing cheque. My repeated attempts to contact them on phone, SMS & emails have gone unanswered.
