India Today Book Club
Non receipt of ordered material

Dear Sir,

I had ordered for 'History of the world " along with other books from India Today Book Club (Bag it today) in November '09 and and paid and advance amount in January

Till date I have not received the ordered material.

I have written several emails and and every time I get the the reply - "we would like to inform you that we have already forwarded your complain to our concerned department and we are following the matter with them. We request you to kindly wait for few days. We will do the needful soon"

The customer support division of India today is the most unprofessional and rude in the country and they dont understand the issues and tell that material will be despacteh in 10-12 days.

It has been very frustrating experience with India today. Pls help
