Non receipt of assured gifts after credit card payment

In reference to your offer ref no. PT 0086259

Though my ICICI credit card was debited with rupees 2199 on 12th february i have not been provided with any of the offers as follows

1) complete history of the world

2) round trip air ticket

3) reebok classic watch

4) 8 best sellers

I forwarded several letters on 13-5, 24-5, 28-6, 11-8, 24-9

I have provided all documentary proof copies along with my letters

One Mr. Sreekanth of ITBC talked to me on 13-5 at 5:36pm

One Mr. Praveen of ITBC talked to me over telephone on 20-5 at 5:15pm

One Ms. Ankita spoke of ITBC spoke to me on 12-6 at 3.30pm

Around a month back again one person contacted me from ITBC over telephone and informed that the parcel meant for me could not be delivered as my house could not be located, according to him. He took landmark, etc. again and i also gave him all details..

So please take necessary steps immediately to forward all items mentioned above to me
