I HAD REVEIVED OFFER FROM INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB OF 16 CD PACK OF RAAGA WITH FREE GIFT OF 8 BEST SELLERS, 2 N 3 D HOLIDAY PACKAGE AND sun glass. I sent the order form accordingly and the amount of 2498 was claimed by INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB DELHI ON 13/4. Howerver the same was not delivered upon enquiry i was told to send the scanned copy of the card stantement to itbc4u@indiatodaybookclub.com which i sent promplty. Evenafter that when i didnot got response i contacted customer care again where i was told to send the mail to membership@bagittoday.com which also i complied. Upon reminder i was told to send the email to new id itbc4u@bagittoday.com. I sent the mail with the scanned copy of the card statement and all required information. Even after repeated reminders the company failed to comply with the order even after elapse of 4 months. Kindly guide me to take up matter further.
