Nonreceiptof free gift

I have subscribed for Indiatoday magazine. My subscription no is ITE1691220& case id is 2457790.Inspite of repeated mails i have not been sent the free gift.everytime they write that i it will be sent but they are dodging since nearly one year. If required i can forward allthe correspondence. Once they went to the extent of telling lies that they have already sent the free gift but when i asked for the proof of delivery they could not produce any evidence and again they confirmed that it will be sent shortly. This is not the first time such a incidence is happening in my case. Everytime we need to struggle hard to get our legitemate free gifts.
