Non-receipt of Free Gift

Sir, I opted for three year subscription of INDIA TODAY Magazine (English Edition) in the month of March (Subscriptin no. ITE 1866705). A wristwatch was offered with the subscription but till date (02-01-10) the article could not be dispatched by the said Company, the reason is best knows to them. Regarding this, not less than 20/25 mails have been sent to the company but without result. Even I contacted their customer Care service over phone (1800 1800 100/ 0120 2479900) so many times as well as taken docket nos. from them on different times regarding my complaints [Case ID Nos. 2481034, 2446483 (13-10-09)]. For last few weeks even they do not reply of my mails to them about the status of my article. Kindly suggest me as to what should I do from Kokrajhar, Assam. With sincere regards, Sanka
