Not receiveing news pape

I have subscribed of 6 month subscription of Time of India @ 175 dated 7th Jan. I have been promised that I will receive newspaper from 16th Jan till 6 month. Today, 2nd February’10 No papers till date. I called many times TOI executive (Mr. Shravan) and his boss (Mr Satish) for the same reason everyday. Everyday they promise that from tomorrow onwards you will receive your TOI newspaper, but their tomorrow in never coming. I also spoken to local vendor about the same, he said I haven’t received any letter or list from TOI. Hence I cannot provide the same. I am frustrated calling this guys everyday. I am wasting 3-4 rupees everyday calling these guys for the same reason. I don’t know where’s the problem? Is with local vendor or with executive.

Please let me know to whom I should approach to resolve this issue. I would like to give good lesson to these people.
