Product not delivered

I have placed an order with indiatoday book club for a few books (order no. M-COMMERCE/0GA100006027) dated Oct 05 and paid through my credit card.

I also received an order confirmation mail on Oct 06, however till now, the order is not delivered.

I have not received any response to my e-mail which I sent on Nov 08 also.
