I am living in Mira rd, Mumbai & wanted to rent out my Pune's house immediatly. For that purpose I booked advertisement in Marathi news paper Pudhari & Lokmat (Pune edition). I had done this booking through Keyon Publicity, Andheri on 12- May & ads suppose to publish on 15- May & 16- May- 2010 respectively. I went to Pune on 15 -May for two days to attain the prospective tenant's calls & show them premises. But Keyon Publicity messed up with my plan by not publishing the ads on scheduled dates. This cost me around Rs.- travelling & living expences & wasteage of my two days time.

Now they are denying to pay me back. What to do? I have a reciept of booking.
