Normal bag instead of laptop bag

Hi,

I has subscribed for 4Ps magazine for 3 years and along with it I was supposed to get a Reebok Laptop Bag (this particular offer is still mentioned in their issues). But they have given a regular Reebok bag. There is a picture on the left hand page which doesn't mention the word laptop and the same bag is being given. But if they were not going to give a laptop bag then why is Laptop bag mentioned in the column on the right hand side were you are supposed to tick.

my subscription no is 4ps sub 2874.

cheque no 000004 dated 28.03.11 amount rs 1080.

initially the bag didn't came within the specified time, on writing to them they replied:

Dear Sir,

Thank you for writing in to us.

We are sorry to learn that you have missed out on the assured gift (Reebok Laptop Bag) with your subscribed magazine. Please accept our apologies for the same.

We are dispatching your bag from our end through courier. It shall reach you in week's time.

Kindly acknowledge the receipt. And also let us know if doesn't reach you in scheduled time.

Regretting the inconvenience caused.

why are they fooling the customers one side they write laptop bag, and on the picture they don't.
