Not refunding money back

Hi sir

i subscribed for medicozlemon magazines which publishes magazines for PG preparation for Doctors.

i paid 650 for 1 yr subscription,

but within 15 days of payment the said that they are going to stop the service and they will refund back the money.

i paid them in march,

they said refund starts in june 15th.

but till now they not refunded back.

they are not lifting the call, not responding to the mails.
