Spl offer not delivered and website does not exist

I ordered a Collins complete History of the World for which I was to recieve 8 free books, a reebok wrist watch and a to and fro air ticket to any destination in India for a sum of Rs.2199 which was paid. i have recieved all the items except the air tickets/vouchers. The website to claim gifts mentioned in the invoice does not exist but there r so many complaints on this company. On calling the helpline number given, the person on the other end promised that my gift voucher will be delivered soon. I thought India today is a reputed company but it appears this company is taking people for a ride. I waited this long in anticipation that my complaint would be resolved, but now it appears that I have to seek redressal through Consumer Forum. It is also time that such false enticing offers being made by this media company should be exposed.
