Hi,

I have subscribed fro mail today. My coupon no#415024.The paper was supposed to start from 1st April till now I have not received a single copy. I have complained many times to the concerned officials about this. A complaint has also been logged for the same. The complaint no#070431.I have spoken many times to Mr Javed & Mr. Mohd Shariq about this but the response I'm getting is highly unsatisfactory. Even the manager is not responding to the calls. If this this the case then return back the money taken as subscription. The reponse of attending the calls is very poor. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes to talk to the manager but no response.
