Mint paper not served

Hi,

I have subscribed with mint of 1 year subscription by paying 399/-, i h ave got the mint for 1st 6 months irregularly (15 days in a month excluding Saturday and Sunday) it was from Nov 12th to may 12th.

but after may 12th i haven't received mint paper so i have checked with paper, he said paper itself not coming plz check with mint customer care, so i raised my request with all customer care people (call center, yeswanthpur Bangalore region supervisor and customer care email) but no one is responding for it.

even though i made complaint through phone/email they are not responding from last 2 months, so plz any one can assist me to get my paper/or refundable amount.

mint customer care service is very bad and sad... suggesting to all... plz dont subscribe or buy mint paper... they are cheaters...
