Promo fraud

Hi I subscribed to the National Geographic magazine under their promo offer of a free fleece jacket, the offer promised delivery within 6 to 8 weeks of payment of full subscription. I paid my full subscription in ovt or nov for this years magazines. I have been receiving the magazines but they have not sent the jacket. It is now more than 7 months since full payment. Every time I send in my complaint I get a response that they don't have record of my account. My account number is 442765657 and they are sending me the magazines.

What should I do now?
