Dear Sir,

I have subscribed National Geographic Magazine from Jan of this year. I paid my full subscription in oct/nov of last year. The subscription offer at that time was that I will get a free Fleece Jacket within 4 to 8 weeks of full payment. Till now I have not received this till date. After several mail enquiries to several of the National Geographic Email IDs they have written back saying that as per their records they have despatched a replacement jacket on Feb 29 and if it has not reached me they can't be bothered. This response is what I have got after several mails and the last two mails in which I had informed them that I will take it up legally if I do not get the free jacket as promised by them. I have been getting the magazines from Jan.

What is my recourse?
