Unnecessary reduction

Sir, my number is 9662956444, this is my 2nd SIM i use it not regularly but the problem is that automatically without my permission or request a company scheme is activated on my number and daily Rs- 3day is reduced from my account till today 26 march my account balance reduced to Rs= -30 and also i did't get any confirmation sms from company that a scheme is activated, so therefore i want you to solve this matter at your level and take fast necessary step and clear my negative balance as soon as possible
