Sir: i was an ex-employee with Ogilvy Benson & Mather (P) Ltd, Kolkata i had worked for almost six years and then left the organization. they hv cleared my PF and other benefits except gratuity. they hv promised me that they will pay me in due course. I had contacted their Mumbai office as well as Kolkata office. Now they are totally denying my services held with them. On hearing from you, I shall provide u my appointment letter, release order, and PF amount transfer letter for your intervening in the matter regard gratuity dues.
