Courier not delivered and got returned without my knowledge

Hi,

I am Amol Maheshwary, currently residing at Jalgaon, was suppose to receive one courier from Delhi, Limass foundation, a Megazine which is subscribed by me for one complete year.

I am currently not available at my residence address and the house is locked for some time.

The courier person named Deepak Jadhav called up to me and asked for address. I told him the fact that I m not there and he should send the courier to my current address i.e. Phaltan. I will pay for the same. or Else I had asked to get the same delivered to my neighbour's place. which the courier guy could not foud my address. I asked to courier to my current address He agreed to do the same. Same day evening I called up for the confirmation that is it been sent. I got answer from same person that it will get couriered tomorrow. I had again called up next day and got confirm that the courier is sent.

After that approx 8 to 10 days passed... yet i did not received the courier so i called up again to Deepak Jadhav on 9371001115, He told me the courier is returned to Delhi address again and they cant deliver to me on my current address.

If this would have to be done for return then why the mis communication is done with me?

secondly the courier person didnt spoken well to me and was talking in single liner with me.

Is this type of services are expected from courier compaly like Blaze flash?

Since I am unknown about the docket no and could not get any confirmation from Delhi also so can not provide the same.

If you can provide better services then please do so. Such a pathetic experience should not occur in future.
