Very bad service by Hindustan times

Hindustan Times MEDIA services are very bad because i have paid Rs. 249/- for hindi paper & Rs. 395/- for english paper on dated 4th December for next one year in Advance and Hindustan Times MEDIA Executives were saying that paper will be start from 1st january but still I am not getting paper till date.when i had called up many times in Hindustan Times MEDIA office Navyug market ghaziabad for requesting to start the paper then they say that paper will be start next 2-3 days but no action by them.

so please let me know what should i do now. I have been very frustrated by them.
