Not at all working

I bought the said cooler in last season . it was not working properly from the beggining itself the air pressure was low after repeated complain to the owner we didnt get any response. we didnt have any means to complain to the company directly. but now i have searched the site and trying my luck if i listen from you people or not in the response of my complain.

my cooler is not working at all since a month. after trying all my efforts to reach u guys i couldnt get any source

i request you to send an executive at my address to get my cooler repaired.
