Noisy activity

Dear Sir,

On 1st March our nearby neighbour starting doing the borewell drilling from 2pm onwards causing a lot of dust and noise and even blocking the entire mud road leading towards our apartment. This noisy work has started without legal permission from government or any kind of authorities nor with the consent of adjacent neighbours. It is continuing to even after 14hrs and beyond. It is really a disturbing for everyone here, we cannot sleep nor sit inside the home. Please issue orders to stop this noisy activity and give us compensation for spending sleepless nights hearing a huge noise of more than 75db levels.
