Balance deduction

When ever i recahrge my vodafone mobile a/c to make out going calls, the company will deduct my bal without my confirmation & says it has been added from my side so regarding this i have already spoke with the customer care sevice team & for that their respond is it has been added from my side but i have not done any thing no value added services has been added from my end... their are still sending the flash msg on my mobile...
