Public drinking alcohol on the streets and below residences noise polution

There is a Bargavi Bar and restarent (BBR) outlet situated near the LB Nagar warangal. Andhra Pradesh. As this area has a lot of residences, the people frequenting this BBR cause a lot of nuisance during day and night. Everynight after seven p.m. people (mainly rowdies) buy drinks from this outlet and come and drink below our residences thus causing great embarrassment to us and our family. As the people living in these residences are very low-profile and fear a backlash from the BBR landlord they fear to complain. It is my request that action be taken and this BBR outlet be closed down in the interest of the welfare of the residents.
