Male employee of Big Bazaar touching inappropriately during sale

I had a horrible experience in Big Bazaar Faridabad yesterday, when a male employee delibrately touched me at a wrong place while walking past me when store was empty, the attitude of store staff was pathetic, I was shocked and it is a shame that the management n store manager did nothing, I even called cops but the store people wasted our time in looking for footage which the apparently did not find... till it happens with our daughters n wives we are not affected n big bazaar people should be ashamed it was in the electronic section while purchasing t.v.date:7th june around 5.15.

I have employees name n address, do not have his id... but have store managers details.

can any action be taken against store management and that employee...
