PHONE OUT OF ORDER

Sir,

My land line phone is out of order last from 10days. The connection is OK but the receiver is not working. I can hear the person who call me but he/she did not listen my voice. This create a huge problem in my daily life. I cant do my official work and also could not contact with my relatives who is out of the state.

Why this type of inconvenience happened with us. I could not use my land line but we have to pay the monthly bill. why we should pay when we are not using the service? Have you any answer?

Please pay attention in this serious matter. If you do as early as possible i will be thankful to you. But if you do not do your job properly, i have to inform this to your higher authority.
