Passport not received

Sir,

I have applied for a passport on 29.08.2007 through file No. LKOA13099407 to your office. after completion of all verification, I have received one letter dated 28.11.2007 on 13.02.2008 with the objection like NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE FROM DEPARTMENT required, while I am a house wife which is indicated in application form itself.

Any way, I presented personally in the Office of Superintendent alongwith an application on 14.02.2008. The Office Superintendent promised me to rectify the clerical mestake done by the system operator during the process of the application.

After 14.02.2008 to till date, I could not get neither passport nor any reply / correspondance from your office.

Therefore you are requested to look into the matter personally and help me to get the passport from your office.
