Charged more than MRP

Hi,

I bought a drawing and writing board (ITEM NO: TK112) from a local shop in Faridabad. The PRP was indicated as Rs 28.25, and I was charged Rs 80 for the same. The shopkeeper says that it is not his fault and the MRP indicated does not mean anything. This item has been imported by the following:
