Sub :- Construction of illegal loft.

This has reference to our complain letter dated 22nd March which was received by your office on the same day. A Xerox copy of the same is attached herewith for your kind perusal & ready reference.

We are pleased to inform you that action from your end has been initiated in this context. Your Junior Engineer of the relevant department had visited the said site for inspection and has agreed that the subject loft is illegal. He has even drawn sketches of the same which was shown to us when we had visited your office on 18th April & 26th April to follow up. In addition we were also assured that a notice will soon be served to the defaulting tenant Mr Mahindra Parmar.

Now as no demolition notice has been served to the concerned party till date, we the undersigned tenants are very much apprehensive because the impending monsoon is fast approaching and our building may collapse rendering us homeless.

In the light of the circumstances explained above you are requested to expedite the necessary action in the matter.
