Leakages in my flat from the bathroom and terrace of upper flat

Espected sir,

can u help me in following co op society matters?

There are heavy leakges in my flat from the bathroom and open terrace of upper flat.my flat is completely damaged due to leakages and it is not in a livable condition, also endangering the lives from electrocution. I had complained to the committee of the society and owner of the said flat, but no action is taken by them since last one year.

pl help me what steps shall I take and to whom shall I complain?
