Sir, I stay in sector -15 MIG flat-5 in E2/2 block in rohini, delhi and facing problem all the time with my neighbour who stay on rent in third floor above me and facing the problem of leakage and fall ceiling which is dangerous for me and my family.

The owner of the flat stay in mumbai and seldom come to delhi and doesnot take care of flat maintainence and me and my family facing regular problem.

Pl suggest and sincere help required from your end asap.
