Delhi call center/DCC
Salary delay/no PF/Sexulary harressment

Dear Concern,

I have worked with delhi call center "DCC" bases out in Okhla, Gurgaon and Sahibadab.

I was working there as a HR, nad has faced and facing lot of problems and issues.

Following are the concerns:-

1. Salary are always delayed. No concept of PF, ESI etc.

2. Incentive, full and final are never given, any person who resign they terminate them on the ground on intregity so they are not enititled to pay anything.

3. Leadership team- Manan chopra, Vishal Gupta, Marc, Mr Das& only ask for sexual favour to grow.

4. They dont pay to their respective vendor.

I worked for few months however seeing the sitution, I resign duly agter sometime same thing happen the happen they termninated.

I keep on calling them they are asking to come late evening to solve the matter which i refused.

Please help me! Also you have check their track record iam sure it is in mess.
